Shipping

Turnaround

 

All orders will be processed within 24 hours and shipped within the next working day (Working day : Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm) subject to product availability. An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order.

Order Tracking

 

If a tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. 
 

 

Shipping Rates 

 

Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be. There will be an additional charge for re-delivery if nobody is present to receive the package.

 

 

Bounced Parcels

 

Customers will be contacted when we receive any bounced parcels from carriers bearing their name. Shipping charges for subsequent re-post must be prepaid by customers.

Any bounced parcels that are unclaimed after 2 months will be deemed as Ve Classic’s property and no compensation will be offered as reasonable response time has been given.

Returns

How to Return  

 

Your item must be in its original condition to be returned (unused, unwashed & unaltered condition with tags intact).

You must return the item within 10 days of your purchase and contact us at contact@veclassic.com with the details of the product.

Mail your returned item to:

Original invoice must be included in the return parcel.

Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you.

You are responsible for your return parcel and Ve Classic is not liable for any loss or damage during returns shipment. 

 

 

Refund

 

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, whether you are entitled to a refund.

We will offer refund in the form of storewide credit, it is voucher code that can be used on all items.

Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, best buy items are non-refundable nor exchangeable.

Order using voucher code/discount code are non-refundable nor exchangeable. 

 

Return Exceptions

 

Merchandise that has been worn, used, washed or altered will not be accepted for return. 

Any order made with return credit cannot be returned the consequent time.
